Description

VBA is Microsoft’s programming and automation language that is built in to all the MS Office applications.

Although Excel’s Macro Recorder allows you to automate a task by recording a series of keystrokes and mouse clicks, that’s where it’s functionality and power ends. To be able to anything more, you need to harness the power of VBA.

VBA is a fully-featured programming language which includes functionality such as conditional logic (IF..THEN..ELSE), Looping (the ability to perform a set of instructions a given number of times and variables (a fast way to process information)

At a more advanced level, VBA enables you to, amongst other things, build your own worksheet functions, create automated workflows, accept user input and control and interact with other applications.

This training session is the first step in your VBA learning journey. It is aimed at advanced users of Excel who have little or no programming experience and who wish to "dip their toe into the VBA water".

Why You Should Attend:

VBA is one of the must have skills for Excel Power Users. VBA will save you, your colleagues and your customers hours of time by allowing you to automate any Excel-based task or process. If you've never used VBA before and you'd like to learn about the basics of VBA and automation, this webinar is for you.
